Block cut for Asian bbq that you can easily slice up.  These cuts are from the chuck roll or shoulder clod, short rib, and others, and offer a fantastic taste, different texture, and a great value.  Choose between 2.5 pounds total blocked 4pounds, or 10. These cuts are for further slicing of Asian BBQ.

  • Customer must slice some of the cuts further as they may be cube/block

  • We provide guidance if you need assistance with professional chef!

  • May be combination of mid-marbling rump cuts, high marbling chuck cuts.
