One of the best deals, our Female Wagyu is from Japan premium farm. While most are selling @ 8oz for this price, ours is a hefty 12-14oz. This is one of the epitome of Wagyu as the fat carries flavor through the meat.

Most tenderloins are extremely boring but this is one of the top 5 cuts on the Japanese Wagyu Cow.

Absolutely stunning! Please note if you like lean. fatty, or combination lean and fatty. The tenderloin is a long muscle with extreme variance in the marbling from end to end.
