Amazing Japanese Wagyu - cured for 7 days minimum with pastrami seasoning, this japanese wagyu pastrami is something else. The picture showcases "beef navel" but after curing and cooking with it I think it's too fatty (note from chef: Erik Sun).
We have since changed to Chuck-Eye. so it will look different than this picture!
